Lowrance and Simrad Yachting announce the release of new stainless steel thru-hull transducers and SKU configurations for the new StructureScan® HD Sonar Imaging product line, which offers more range and higher resolution As with the stern-mounted LSS-2 StructureScan® HD transducers, the new pass through hull stainless steel versions offer extreme detail, bottom discrimination and separation of bait and game fish at depths up to 300ft / 92m and a range wider than 600 ft / 183 m of side coverage. All StructureScan® HD transducers feature an improved dual frequency element array operating at 455kHz and 800kHz. These Airmar® stainless steel transducers are only available from Navico for StructureScan® HD and StructureScan® systems only. Each features a low-profile design that minimizes drag; provide unique three-channel technology, left and left SideScan plus DownScan Imaging ™; includes a high performance fairing that delivers Structure performance at speeds up to 35 mph; and have a 30 foot / 9 meter transducer cable.
